• We will not disclose your personal information, email address, or credit card information to any other party unless suspicious credit card activity is detected in which case we reserve the right to report such activity to the appropriate authorities and reject the corresponding order
• Absolutely no refunds

Prices

• All prices are billed in CANADIAN DOLLARS and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, duty and custom fees.
• Prices displayed in US dollars (USD) are approximated based on the Bank of Canada exchange rates published online as of 05/09/2008. Actual rates at time of transaction may vary slightly.

Shipping

• All items will be shipped via parcel post.
• Unless otherwise stated, shipments are F.O.B. Hampton, New Brunswick, Canada.
• Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. We will advise you of any unusual delay.
• All items are carefully inspected before shipment. We will replace, free of charge, any item damaged during shipping provided it is returned to us promptly and is unused.
• Typical delivery times: 2-4 weeks within Canada, 4-6 weeks to USA, 6-8 weeks for International orders.

Back Orders

• Unless otherwise advised we will process your order upon arrival of any outstanding back order and ship your complete order in one shipment.
